Comfort Cases are free of charge, available only to Partner Agencies. A maximum of 50 Comfort Cases and 20 Duffles can be placed per order. Orders are now limited per month to help our small team manage demand.

The cases should be used when moving a child into care, to a new setting or when leaving care. They are not intended to be used as welcome bags by fostering organisations or residential settings.

DO YOU SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE WITHOUT DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY?
We are proud to partner with Vodafone Everyone.Connected programme, supporting digital inclusion through Comfort Cases UK for care leavers. You can apply to use for free Vodafone SIMs, each loaded with 40GB data a month for six months, plus unlimited calls and texts. You can use these however you like to support your young people – for example accessing Universal Credit, staying in touch with families abroad, accessing support or education services, staying in touch with professionals.
SIM cards can only be provided to partner agencies and not to individuals directly.
The maximum SIMs per agency is 20 per order.
Anonymous feedback is required before placing a new order for case studies.
