Ordering from Comfort Cases is free of charge for partner agencies.

We want to help you help your service provide the best experience for every child and young person transitioning from setting to setting. We strongly support your wish to move children with appropriate luggage, with dignity and knowing that they are loved and valued.

Comfort Cases and XL duffels are designed to be held in stock at your organisation, allowing you to respond to the arrival of any child or young person, whether their move is planned or an emergency.

Please use the order form to choose the number of cases you need by age and gender, from baby 0-3 months up to age 17-18 years. The maximum number of cases you can order is 50 Comfort Cases.

Comfort XL Duffel Bags are sturdy flat-packed 32 litre capacity sports bags and you can add a maximum of 20 to your order.

Once your order has been submitted and checked by our team, we will check our stock levels and verify your agency. Our amazing team of volunteers will then assemble all the items needed to fill up the rucksacks and turn them into Comfort Cases!

Comfort Cases will generally be shipped to you within a maximum of 1-2 weeks. This may be slightly longer in extremely busy periods or where we have low stock levels that need replenishing.
