Opportunity to join the Comfort Cases UK Shadow Board and gain board level experience for emerging leaders aged 19-35

The Shadow Board is a mixed group of individuals
with and without lived care experience.

You are an early-career professional, student, apprentice or entrepreneur.

Some of the industries you might work in -

tech, advocacy, creative industry, communications, fundraising, events, HR, law, construction, & building, mechanical & industrial, engineering...

We are looking for potential, perspective and passion.

What you'll gain

- Gain board-level experience and insight into how a growing charity operates

- Influence real strategic decisions that affect children entering and moving through care

- Develop leadership, communication and decision-making skills

- Work alongside trustees, senior leaders and sector professionals

- Build your professional network and broaden your experience

- Use your voice to create lasting change for children in care

This is a voluntary role with an intial 1 year commitment, with an option to extend for a 2nd year.
