OUR SHADOW BOARD

BOLD, THOUGHTFUL VOICES TO SHAPE THE FUTURE

The Shadow Board is an inspiring, committed group of young adults aged 19–35 who have a personal connection to, understanding of, or passion for improving the care system, and who want to use their experiences, perspectives, networks and voices to create meaningful change for children in care of today, and beyond.

The Shadow Board plays a key part in our organisation, to ensure young people’s perspectives and experiences are central to our work. We want you to share ideas, challenge stigmas, influence strategy and grow with us.

This is a voluntary role with a 2 year commitment, but the option to stay connected after your time in role.
